Ted Cruz: The Hardcore Conservative Candidate

So, the first Republican canidate to run for president in 2016 is none other than Senator Ted Cruz from Texas. If nominated, will Cruz stand a chance at defeating Hillary and the socialist agenda that the Democrats have been indoctronating over the past eight years? Can he win over the hearts and minds of the average American voter? Cruz is, and will continue to be, the most conservative candidate in the field. He is also the front-runner to be the candidate whom all of the others privately — and maybe even publicly — detest. Cruz, of course, relishes that role, believing that it affirms just how much of an outsider he is to the political process. He will probably have a devoted and committed 10 to 15 percent following in a place such as Iowa; the question is whether he can grow beyond that loyal base or whether he is Michele Bachmann 2.0. Rafael Edward "Ted" Cruz (born December 22, 1970) is the junior United States Senator from Texas. Elected in 2012 as a Republican, he is the first Hispanic or Cuban American to serve as a U.S. Senator from Texas. Senator Cruz was born in Calgary, Alberta, Canada where his parents, Eleanor Elizabeth Darragh Wilson and Rafael Bienvenido Cruz, were working in the oil business. His parents owned a seismic-data processing firm for oil drillers. Cruz's mother, Eleanor Wilson Cruz, was born and raised in Wilmington, Delaware, and earned an undergraduate degree in mathematics from Rice University in Houston in the 1950s. Cruz's father, Rafael Bienvendo Cruz, was born in 1939 in Matanzas, Cuba. As a teenager, he fought against the oppressive regime of Fulgencio Batista. He left Cuba in 1957 to attend the University of Texas. Rafael Bienvenido Cruz became a naturalized U.S. citizen in 2005. Cruz's father eventually left the oil business to become a minister, and he is now a pastor in Carrollton, Texas, a Dallas suburb. So, with Ted being born in Canada, is he even eligible to run for president? Status as a natural-born citizen of the United States is one of the eligibility requirements established in the United States Constitution for election to the office of President or Vice President. This requirement was intended to protect the nation from foreign influence. Section 1 of Article Two of the United States Constitution sets forth the eligibility requirements for serving as president of the United States: No person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any Person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty-five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States. The Naturalization Act of 1790 stated that "the children of citizens of the United States, that may be born beyond sea, or out of the limits of the United States, shall be considered as natural born citizens: Provided, That the right of citizenship shall not descend to persons whose fathers have never been resident in the United States." This was also a concern for Obama and McCain in 2008. Two former top Justice Department lawyers say there is “no question” Ted Cruz is eligible for the presidency, in a new Harvard Law Review article that seeks to put to rest any doubt about the Texas Republican. I believe that this could very well be a serious issue in the comming months leading to election. From what I can see so far, Senator Cruz IS the choice for true conservatives, but is he the right choice for Americas future? Ted Cruz has played a large part in the Republican fight to protect life, and has identified himself as “strongly pro-life.” He played a large role in several important abortion cases. He is in opposition to public funding of abortions. On the subject of birth control, Cruz believes that all insurance companies should have the ability to deny women insurance coverage for birth control at their own discretion, and is in opposition to churches providing birth control. In terms of illegal immigrants and what should happen to them, Cruz believes that those who enter the country illegally should be offered no path to citizenship or amnesty. He opposes the Obama administration’s current directive, which allows those illegal immigrants who were brought in as children to stay here, and exempts them from deportation, stating, “The Constitution places on the President the solemn responsibility to take care that the Laws be faithfully executed. President Obama has repeatedly defied the Constitution and flouted the rule of law. His latest decision to refuse to enforce our immigration laws is cravenly political, lawless, and wrong. We have a crisis in illegal immigration, and the federal government must get serious about securing our borders; this latest Obama policy is nothing more than an attempt to enact back-door amnesty, and I categorically oppose amnesty.” Cruz supports an increase in border patrol, and is pushing to triple the size of it. He has also worked towards efforts that would bring more severe punishment to felons who entered the country illegally. In regards to legal immigrants, Cruz recognizes the value that they offer America, and has said, “I strongly support legal immigrants who come here following the rules, seeking the American dream.” Cruz is an advocate for the military, including the growing of military forces. He believes in advocating to give members of the Armed Forces all of the rights and abilities necessary for them to keep America safe and secure. Cruz has vowed to push for a full repeal of the Affordable Care Act, and pioneered the leading proposal to take out Obama Care. He is in strong support of market-based health insurance. Cruz, like the Republican Party as a whole, believes that the path to a successful economy in America must be paved by a free market and less government controls. If there was a measurement of how conservative a canidate was, Ted would be up there in the "hardcore" area I belive. Since the Republican Party distanced themselves from many of the beliefs that Cruz hold dear, I don't think that he will get the nod although I do believe he is EXACTLY what this country needs, especially now. i urge you to do some research on your own and decide for youreselves, because this government control has got to end and we need a canidate that is sincere enough to help make that happen. We actually need to get back to "seperation of powers" and end this dictatorship!

The Rise of the Socialst Republic of America; Part 2 (Education not Indoctronation!)

A systematic form of purposeful persuasion that attempts to influence the emotions, attitudes, opinions, and actions of specified target audiences for ideological, political or commercial purposes through the controlled transmission of one-sided messages. I thought that I would lead off my literary rant, with the definition of "propoganda"; evidently there are some people out there who can not distinguish the difference between that and "fact". By the way a fact is something that has really occurred or is actually the case. The usual test for a statement of fact is verifiability, that is, whether it can be demonstrated to correspond to experience. Fact is sometimes used synonymously with truth. I was part of an argument recently over the nonsense that Communism, as we know it in the West, was defined to us through propoganda. So in other words, the "commie scare" or "Cold War" as I like to call it that took place from 1945 to 1991, was a biased, missleading story perpetuated for the soul purpose of making us believe that Communism, and the politics that come with, would spread to the U.S. and eventually take over. Now if you are one of those that actually believe that Communism was a made up story to scare us, then allow me to do the honor of "bursting your bubble". Fact- the Communist Manifesto written by Karl Marx is still one of the most influential pieces of literature in the world. ie-the Bolshevik Revolution (1917), the Chinese Civil War (1927),and the revolutions in Central and South America from 1958 to 1986. All who were determmined and suceeded in replacing Communism with the "evil and self-serving Capitalism". Fact- after WW II, Joseph Stalin went on record as saying that " Communism will eventually spread to every corner of the world." and thus the fall of Eastern Europe, North Korea, Cuba, and Veitnam. Fact- after several socialist uprisings during the 20th century, the Communist Party of the USA was established in 1919 claiming to have 50,000 to 60,000 members (God only knows what their numbers are now!). Again this was not some sort of propoganda to scare us, these events ACTUALLY HAPPENED! In retrospect, anyone living in America in love with freedom, should have been, and still should be afraid to loose it! Especially with all that is happening now! Communism is definately making a comeback in this country, and just as we did then, we need to do something now before it's too late. Instead of teaching our children the evils of Capitalism, and how America is imperialistic, they should be learnig of the struggles our forefathers endured in the name of freedom! We only have ourselves to blame for this. With this recent crusade to ban the American flag, and the continuing civil unrest that is perpetuating violence, and glamourizing the murder of our public protectors, it is all too clear to me where this country that I love so dearly is headed. This administration has so far successfully turned back the clock 50 years and brought with it the hate that I thought we had finally overcome. This (I truly believe) is all part of this administations "change"! They will indoctonate and poison the minds of all who feel "opressed" thus the civil unrest and race rioting we are now unfortunately witnessing. They want to create anarchy to promote a new social order. King Barry will not be happy untill he has his grubby, commie, never worked a hard day in his life hands on everything! So, let us make a stand now, while we still have a free land to stand upon! God help us all! Like I have stated in my blog and on my podcast, this is One of the signs for the beginning of World War III. Over the years certain members of our government have been slowly indoctrinating communism into our educational system into our workforce and then possibly into our police force. Eric Holder, condemning the police force;calling THEM corrupt, stated that the government should dismantle and take over our local police departments, if necessary. Don't you see what is happening here people? This tension cannot only be felt in Ferguson or Ervine, but also throughout the United States with the shootings of police officers for only trying to protect the businesses from being robbed and burned. This country has not been this divided both racially economically and spiritually since the great Civil War, I believe.If the good Law abiding citizens of this great country do not band together and do something now, then this could be the last hurrah for freedom! Has World War III Already Begun?

There is a famous quote from Albert Einstein about war. He said “I know not with what weapons World War III will be fought, but World War IV will be fought with sticks and stones." If World War 3 is here or coming soon, which country should be blamed for it? There are all sorts of theories floating around right now. Some blame Russia, while others blame Ukraine or Syria. Still others think the U.S. should shoulder the blame if the current global tensions escalate into an all-out war.But it’s still a little early to be playing the blame game. And besides, war is sometimes like marriage—it takes two (or more) to tangle. World War I (1914–1918) was regarded as the "war to end all wars" as it was believed there could never be another global conflict of such magnitude. World War II (1939–1945) proved that to be false, and with the advent of the Cold War (1945–1991) and the use of nuclear weapons, the likelihood of a third global conflict became more accepted. It was anticipated and planned for by military and civil authorities in many countries. Scenarios ranged from conventional warfare to limited or total nuclear warfare leading to the destruction of civilization. Ukraine’s defense minister threatened to fire up their nuclear weapons program again. Russia has already test-fired an ICBM missile to demonstrate its military power. Russian state TV also threatened the U.S. with a nuclear strike, although just theoretically at this point, saying that Moscow was capable of reducing the U.S. to radioactive ash.” Moscow wants NATO allies to exit the crisis and stop backing Ukraine. But at this point it seems unlikely, as some journalists have said that World War 3 is already underway because of the battles between Russian and Ukrainian troops. Pope Francis also made comments which suggest that World War Three has already started and is being “fought with piecemeal, with crimes, massacres, destruction.” Meanwhile NATO officials are apparently considering how they can stop World War 3. In fact, Center for Strategic and International Studies spokesperson Kathleen Hicks thinks it could begin accidentally through “miscalculation.” U.S. Naval College Professor Nikolas Gvosdev has reportedly drawn comparisons between today’s tensions in Ukraine and the beginning of World War 1. He said World War 3 could begin “through unintended consequences” and that “an economically interdependent world does not necessarily stop it from happening.” Now enter the conflict in the Middle East, which has drawn everyones attention from the Civil War in the Ukraine. It seems that ISIS has become more powerfull and sophisticated than anyone thought, with brainwashed dumb-asses from all over the world wanting to join them. It truly seems, at least from my standpoint, that World War Three has definately already begun. So, what constitutes a 'world war'? How many countries need to be involved? And who decides at which point a number of regional skirmishes can be grouped together and called a World War? At the time, who called the official start of World War 1 and World War 2? Has anyone noticed that although the term 'World War Three' is freely used in the alternative press and on the Internet, all the major news networks have stoically avoided using any phrase reminiscent of World War. So here is my attempt to define what constitutes as a " World War". A World War is a military conflict spanning more than 2 continents, in which at least 20 major countries participate in an attack against a common enemy, and which has the attention of the man-in-the-street due to the significant loss of life. With that definition, we can agree that WW1 and WW2 were in fact World Wars (both wars involved some degree of participation from most of the world's then existing countries: Britain, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, the United States and the Soviet Union). Make no mistake, war is on. And it is happening now, only at a slower pace than many people expected. And it will have a huge impact on how you live over the next couple of years, when mysterious events happen that defy expectation and forecast. Now I am not trying to start a panic, I'm trying to wake the sheeple up! The big one is comming folks, and we need to prepare. We are our own worst enemy. As long as the global economy continues to collapse, and religous nut-bars rise to power, it is bound to happen. So what can be done, if anything, to stop this? This is a very heavy metaphysical question. It can't actuallly be approached with a popcultural mindset, so I have to point out the matter of those who live here on this planet are here for a reason, and as such, we have to deal with what exists here. History tells us that war is inevitable, no matter how hard we try to avoid it. All I can tell you is prepare for the worst, and hope for the best. Again I must re-iterate that this is not some doomsday message to mankind. Just a humble opinion from one who cares deeply of the future of his children, his country, and of human-kind. Si Vis Pacem Para Bellum!

King Abdullah of Jordan has swept aside any suggestion of caution in confronting Isis, declaring that his country would fight a “relentless” war against the jihadist group after the murder of one of his air-force pilots. As he arrived back in the capital, Amman, after cutting short a trip to the US to deal with the crisis facing his kingdom, he told state television: “We are waging this war to protect our faith, our values and human principles and our war for their sake will be relentless and will hit them in their own ground.” Hours earlier, Jordan had executed two prisoners connected to Isis’s terrorist predecessor, al-Qaeda in Iraq (AQI), who had previously been sentenced to death, and more were reported to be facing execution imminently. It is good to see that finally Arab countries with the majority of Islamic faith, are realizing that ISIS is the personification of evil and must be destroyed. If the Islamic faith is ever to progress and "get with the times", then other middle-eastern nations must join Jordan to rid the world of these stone age psycopaths. Iraq seems to be the only other muslim country willing to exterminate this vermin. The Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIS) used to have a different name: al Qaeda in Iraq. US troops and allied Sunni militias defeated al Qaeda in Iraq during the post-2006 "surge" — but it didn't destroy them.Today, ISIS and al-Qaeda compete for influence over Islamist extremist groups around the world. Some experts believe ISIS may overtake al-Qaeda as the most influential group in this area globally. Since pledging allegiance to al-Qaeda in 2004, the group's goal has been remarkably consistent: found a hardline Sunni Islamic state. As General Ray Odierno puts it: "They want complete failure of the government in Iraq. They want to establish a caliphate in Iraq." Even after ISIS split with al-Qaeda in February 2014 (in large part because ISIS was too brutal even for al-Qaeda), ISIS' goal remained the same. Today, ISIS holds a fair amount of territory in both Iraq and Syria — a mass roughly the size of Belgium. Iran says that they will never join the fight so long as the United States is involved. It’s like belling the cat: Everyone agrees it is a good idea, but no one is brave enough to make the attempt. So it is with the coalition mustering to battle the Sunni jihadists of the Islamic State of Iraq & Al-Sham (ISIS). Air strikes are OK, sending in ground troops not so much. François Hollande, the French president, announced the group’s formation at a meeting in Paris two weeks ago. Twenty-five nations, plus representatives of the Arab League, the United Nations and the European Union, agreed to help Iraq in its fight against the jihadists. The battle has since between extended to Syria. The coalition must do more than air strikes and humanitarian aid if it wants to desroy ISIS. All out war MUST be waged. Had we pussy-footed like this during WW II, we would all be speaking German and Japanese right now! The coalition needs to get their shit together and put an end to this evil now! They need to realize that sometimes war is the only choice you have when your back is to the wall. G.W. Bush knew this. The King of Jordan knows this. It's time for the rest of the free world to wake up! If you want peace, prepare for war!

Ferguson, MO. City Of Hate

You know I have been putting off writing about this Ferguson story for a while now, mainly because I wanted to get the full information from both sides to make an intelligent and informative comment. I want my readers, like in every post that I write, to have all the information in front of them so that after reading they can come to their own conclusions and opinions on any subject or event happening in our world today. This mess in Ferguson is really unnecessary and it's getting out of hand. What is sad is that it has been fueled by hate, and stirred up by people who should know better. For those of you that do not know of what I am referring to, allow me to explain with the stories and facts that have been allow to us so far. On August 9, 2014, in Ferguson, Missouri, a suburb of St. Louis. Michael Brown, an 18-year-old black man, was fatally shot by Darren Wilson, a white police office.The incident began when Brown and Dorian Johnson were walking down the middle of the street when Wilson drove up and ordered them to move to the sidewalk. The police had been on the lookout for two men who had robbed a conveinence store, and Brown and Johnson fit the description.Wilson said he then parked his vehicle and called for assistance, then tried to leave his vehicle, only to be punched in the face by Brown through his open window. Wilson said he had no choice but to draw his weapon because Brown was "incredibly strong", and testified that he was unable to use pepper spray due to the close quarters and his baton because it was out of reach.According to Wilson, Brown grabbed Wilson's pistol while punching him repeatedly in the face. Wilson said he could feel Brown pushing the weapon back towards Wilson's own body, and that it was at one point pointed back at the officer's own hip. Wilson pulled back inside the vehicle and then attempted to shoot Brown, failing the first time because Brown's finger was jammed in the hammer of the gun. According to Wilson, the gun fired on the second attempt, resulting in a wound to Brown's hand, as well as scattering fragments of glass inside the vehicle. A second gunshot failed to hit Brown before Brown fled. Wilson said that during the struggle, his transponder had been knocked off-setting, and he decided to give chase. After leaving his vehicle, Wilson said that Brown turned back towards him, then proceeded to charge at him despite Wilson yelling at him to stop. Wilson said he fired several more times, hitting four times, including a final, fatal shot to the forehead, which brought Brown down. Dorian Johnson, a friend of Brown, was walking with him in the street. Johnson said that Wilson pulled up beside them and said, "Get the f**k on the sidewalk." Johnson stated that Wilson drove forward without saying anything further, only to abruptly back up, positioning his vehicle crosswise in their path, almost hitting the two men. He said, "We were so close, almost inches away, that when he tried to open his door aggressively, the door ricocheted both off me and Big Mike's body and closed back on the officer."Johnson said Wilson, still in his vehicle, grabbed Brown around his neck through the open window. Brown tried to pull away, but Wilson continued to pull Brown toward him "like tug of war", according to Johnson. Johnson said that Brown "did not reach for the officer's weapon at all", insisting that Brown was attempting to get free of Wilson rather than attempting to attack him or take his weapon from him. Johnson said Wilson drew his weapon, and he said, "I'll shoot you" or "I'm going to shoot", and almost instantaneously fired his weapon, hitting Brown.Following the initial gunshot, Johnson said Brown was able to free himself, at which point the two fled. According to Johnson, Wilson exited the vehicle, after which he fired several rounds at the fleeing Brown. According to Johnson, Brown turned around with his hands in the air, after reacting "as if he was hit" and said, "I don't have a gun. Stop shooting!" Wilson then shot Brown several more times, killing him. There are various witnesses with different versions from their own perspective of the incident, and both support each story of what happened. The shooting is under investigation by a county grand jury, which will decide whether there is probable cause to indict Wilson for his actions. The FBI is investigating whether Wilson violated Brown's civil rights. It has stirred civil unrest in the city, with protests, riots, and another shooting of a black teen by a white officer in St. Louis. To make matters worse Al Sharpton has to immediately pull the race card and call for the head of Darren Wilson. This has only made matters worse. In one protest, there were people burning the American flag! This goes to show you the intelligence level of this area and others like it. Why are we still playing the race card and teaching our children to disrespect authority and to hate? It's like 1954 instead of 2014. If I know that I am innocent of a crime, and a police officer wants to question me about it under suspicion and profiling, I'm going to co-operate with him. It's called respect for authority. I'm definately not going to try to take his gun or try to beat his face in. Incidently, Wilson"s orbital socit was fractured during the struggle in the SUV. Autopsy has shown that Brown was shot in the front six times and four of those shots were at close range in the arm and hand. Hmm. Sounds to me like the officer didn't like getting his face beat in too much, and what posseses someone to assault an officer knowing that they are armed? We should not be jumping to conclusions about this. We need to let the facts be represented in court. People of Ferguson, stop your hate and your ignorance! Stop looting stop race baiting, and let's keep it real ok? There is black on black, and white on white crime every day, and no one bats an eye to that. we should be better than this. And as far as burning the American flag goes, if you hate this country that much you need to get the hell out! I'll help you pack your bags!

Ebola Outbreak; Conspiracy Or Just Plain Stupidity?

With the death of Thomas Eric Duncan, news of a second possible case of Ebola in the Dallas area (that of Sgt. Michael Monning) and worries that dogs and other animals could transmit Ebola, fears of a deadly epidemic in the United States are bound to accelerate. The reality is that multiple deaths from Ebola are likely in America, but the psychological toll is already far outpacing the physical one. Adults admit to anxiety about whether the illness could strike many more people here, and co-workers have confided to me that they are terrified of Ebola. And what is being said is only the obvious part of the psychological virus (call it "Ebolophobia") that is spreading; I would venture that millions of people are already unconsciously spending mental energy to suppress their worries that the disease could infect them or those they love. Part of the preventive health strategy to help contain this psychological virus should be a reliable flow of information and bold policy from the Obama administration and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. But, already, their response lacks the necessary element of steady stewardship. And that’s because of President Obama’s continuing reticence to put America first. Here’s an example: A travel ban on countries like Liberia, where Ebola is epidemic, makes sense as a technique to keep the virus from accelerating here.It’s only human to want to protect ourselves and our families. We want to defend ourselves, so isn’t the fastest, easiest solution to put up a wall around the problem? Let me say this plainly, in order for President Obama to keep thinking of himself as the leader of the world — and not just the free world — it may be that our boundaries must remain porous, allowing illegal immigrants and, potentially, even diseases to flow through them.The correct stance against Ebola is a medical-military one that replicates fighting a war in which the enemy has already come ashore and attacked a city — in this case, Dallas. The borders should be sealed to travelers who have visited nations affected by Ebola in the last 30 days.The surgeon general and a special assistant surgeon general for Ebola defense should be dispensing daily information about public health initiatives and medical research initiatives being undertaken to contain and combat the illness. Though Ebola is a rare and often fatal virus that results in non-specific symptoms, and for which there is no definitive cure, this doesn't mean the end of the world is nigh, as long as we do something about it now! The toll of having a president who seems to see America as having no particular manifest destiny may be seen in the spread of ISIS abroad. And it could be seen, God forbid, in not mounting a sufficient immune defense here at home, to Ebola. Saying so, even at the risk of offending some or many, is the first step (here taken) to make it not so. The bottom line here is, we must have leaders that are truly making decisions based on the best interests of its people! If this deadly disease truly takes a turn for the worst, God help us all!

Homeland (false sense of) Security, And The White House Break-In

At about 7:19 p.m. on Sept. 19, according an officer who filed an affidavit in federal court, a man later identified as Omar Gonzalez was seen scaling the north fence of the White House. The officer who filed the court statement was among those who shouted at the man to stop. He did not -- and ran across the lawn toward the White House.“Moments later,” according to the court document, the intruder went through the north doors of the White House and entered the building. He entered through an unlocked door. At that point, Secret Service Director Julia Pierson confirmed in testimony on Tuesday, the intruder “knocked back” a Secret Service officer posted near the door. Pierson said Gonzalez and the same officer then crossed the East Entrance Hall together, made a left turn down another hall and “stepped momentarily into the East Room.” As the suspect got deeper into the White House, sources said there was a struggle and a lot of “wrestling.” According to Pierson, another officer showed up and got Gonzalez on the ground, “on the carpet and handcuffed.” Gonzalez was apprehended in the hall, just outside the nearby Green Room. House Oversight and Government Reform Committee Chairman revealed Tuesday that, in the course of this breach, at least five rings of security were breached. Holy Shit people! How can DHS say that they are succeeding in protecting it's citizens, when they can't even keep somebody from breaking in to the White House! Then of course there was the shooting at the windows of the family quarters back in 2011. In the latest humiliation for the Secret Service, an unauthorized armed man was allowed to ride an elevator with President Obama during a tour of CDC headquarters in Atlanta. The truth is folks, we are only truly safe from harm if we are 100% prepared ALL the time. Now does that mean that we should all live in constant fear every second of our lives? No. But we DO need to wake up and realize that the world has changed for the worse since 9/11. Every American citizen should be educated in today's world events, and personally trained to protect themselves when harm does come their way. That is a great start. But relying on our government do-do birds to do all the protecting, is a serious mistake on our part. We need to quit hiding under this false sense of security blanket that our "big brother" in Washington has so generously provided, and get informed, and get prepared because I have a feeling that this is just the beginning of worse things to come. Read the current world events and follow the signs, and we will know this to be true.
