Liberal Lunacy and the Republican Tax Reform Bill
Watching and listening to the news lately is like watching a situation comedy. It is beyond rational thinking why anyone would protest having more money to spend in their wallet. Now that the GOP has announced their tax reform bill success, Liberals across America are freaking out. For whatever reason, Liberals hate the idea of Americans having more money in their pockets. The best part of these meltdowns? The worst ones come from Hollywood elites who have money up the ying yang. Here is a direct quote from Conan O'Brien "Rich people are really going to take a bath with this new tax plan. In money. They will bathe in money." Like you're not bathing in your own money, Conan? Come talk to me about being an average, everyday person once you're no longer rich (assuming that will ever happen). Bill Maher tweeted that he hopes the corporations choke on their tax cuts (right before he told them to fuck off) Oh, Bill. Must you forget that corporations provide jobs for millions of Americans, yourself included? I know, it's SO horrible that we provide them with a simple "thank you" for their hard work. "For tinkering around with some details of the tax code and decreasing the bill many Americans pay to Washington each year, “The GOP is monstrous; their policies kill, starve & maim,” wrote actor-comedian Rob Delaney. Josh Gad, that cuddly snowman from “Frozen” turned tax wonk, tweeted, “If you are not a billionaire, today should very well be marked as one of the most disgraceful acts in modern political history. Madness won.”
Madness certainly won over Delaney, who is now urging people to join the “Democratic socialists.” Like the folks who are doing such a great job in Venezuela? Sounding a similar note, Michael Moore said the bill amounted to “Capitalism and Fascism. The coup is underway.” MSNBC and Vanity Fair contributor Kurt Eichenwald tweeted, “America died tonight. Economic suicide . . . Millennials, move away if you can. USA is over. We killed it.” Comedian Patton Oswalt agreed: “There’s no America now . . . sorry, feeling real despair this morning.” A more optimistic take came from political pundit Bill Palmer, who tweeted that the bill didn’t kill the whole country, but only “Millions of Americans died tonight . . . This was mass murder. They all belong in prison.” California Gov. Jerry Brown was still more upbeat, saying only, “This day will live in infamy,” a reference to Pearl Harbor, which started a war that killed a mere few hundred thousand Americans. Why do all these liberals have longer faces than Secretariat? The Trump tax plan was ingeniously designed to cut taxes on many Americans — but raise them on liberals. These people are always begging to pay more taxes. They finally got their wish! They are talking how they have been betrayed! Ha! Actually, we were betrayed when the government stepped into our personal lives and tried to guarantee that they could take care of us physically (through healthcare) and when we get older (through social security). And, in case you forgot, things like social security were never meant to be a permanent staple in Americans' finances. They were never meant to replace pensions. They were designed to "stimulate" the economy during the Depression. And look how well that has done for us.
But then again, Democrats make the dumb argument that because the Tax Cut and Jobs Act passed that companies would rather receive tax cuts than pay their employees more. Democrats say that businesses should simply want to increase their employees' wages.
Why can't we have both? If companies have more of their money to spend on talent and growing their business then it's better for everyone. The company acquires talented people and the employees receive higher pay. Here is a tweet from Austin Neal "Since the GOP is so set on “saving the middle class money” by “cutting taxes,” maybe they should take the more direct route and raise the minimum wage to $15 dollars an hour. It’s way more direct" Austin, you clearly don't understand how economics work so let me help you out. When you raise the wage you also raise the cost of goods and services. That's how we get these giant inflation bubbles. Artificially raising wages doesn't help anyone. All it does is drive up the cost over everything else. The problem with Democrats as always been they feel access to your money is their sacred right. The Government has no money. People have money that the Government takes. You can't steal your own money from the Government. Those who are opposed to giving tax breaks to corporations are looking at things on an emotional level. They're not being practical. Either that or they don't understand how economics work.
Who can be against tax cuts? How do you tell a single mother that you're against her keeping more of her money? You can't. Hey Liberal loons,
If you don’t want a tax cut, just pay more! After all, you should definitely do your part to dig America out of the bankruptcy hole Obama put us in. For whatever reason, Democrats want to see people suffer. They want us to work our butts off and hand our hard earned money over to the government. They want to dictate when and how we spend our money. They claim to be the champion of single mothers, women, the LBGTQ community and everyone in between yet they would rather allow people to suffer by having less money in their pockets instead of admitting defeat. The Dems are saying that the Republican tax plan would give high earners the largest cuts. There has been a flood of news stories with that theme since the Tax Policy Center (TPC) released its analysis of the plan.
The TPC summary says, “Those with the very highest incomes would receive the biggest tax cuts,” and tables in the report encourage readers to come to that conclusion.
However, my parsing of TPC’s data reveals something different: the GOP plan would give the largest relative cuts to people in the middle. On average, middle-income earners would receive larger percentage tax cuts than higher-income earners. If these morons would actually research this tax plan and fully comprehend EVERY line of it, there would be NO REASON not to agree with it. The CATO Institute has a breakdown of the tax plan based on TPC data that is worth reading and comparing. This is significantly the greatest tax reform bill to pass since the Reagan Era. Bottom line, this will be beneficial for economical growth and stability (If we can keep this ball rolling that is) I have a feeling however that the fight over this new plan is not over yet, not in the slightest. You would think that after watching Socialism continue to fail all over the world that the Dems would come to terms that it really just doesn't work. Not in the long run. To conclude, if the economy roars, sustainably, my hunch is that the benefits for the rich won’t count for much. But if the economy doesn’t take off or if we hit some other snag, it won’t be hard for Democrats to make this thing into an albatross. They’ve already managed to make most Americans hate this bill — unfairly in my opinion. If the economic winds blow their way, this could be their Obamacare – in the sense that it will simply be a scare word they can use relentlessly. I’m not saying that will happen, because I don’t know what will happen. And neither does anyone else. Not really. It’s a gamble. That’s my point. Thank you for your time and Happy New Year America!

The Real Reason For The Season
This is the time of the year when the holidays bring families and friends together with the warmth of love and the spirit of giving. It is also the most stressful time of the year. Both mentally and physically. People fight and argue with each other over the most simplest things that on any other time of the year, would not seem so significant. Its the stress of making this Christmas better than the last, and it happens every year. Ever since President Trump said that it would be ok to say "Merry Christmas" again, I have been thinking about just what that means. We can all put the holidays into perspective and realize the true meaning of Christmas, but actually applying it to our daily lives would really make things a lot less stressful and a lot more joyful. Depression is also at an all time during this time, and sadly, suicide rates tend to be higher as well. We as humble human beings need to realize the reason for the season. Christmas is celebrated by billions of people around the world each with their own traditional flare. Some go over the top with lights, while others with a modest nativity scene. In my opinion, there is no such thing as having too much Christmas spirit. In fact, it's time we brought more of it back. The Spirit of Christmas should shine through us every day and not just on the 25th. I believe that if there was a lot more giving and a lot less taking the world would most certainly be a better place indeed. That spirit of giving, that selflessness, that good will toward men is all but a memory for me now. And sometimes I wonder if it will ever come back. I can remember growing up at Christmas time and watching my parents hustle and bustle over what to get everyone. But there was also a feeling of happiness and joy through out our community that you just didn't see every day. I remember the whole town just being lit up, and for one solemn moment, people just being nice to each other. It's kind of sad that it takes a holiday to make that happen, but it's not just that. I believe that it was everyone realizing what the true meaning of Christmas really was. Sure we had the decorations and the commercial effect, but through all that there was a real sense of peace towards one another. Christmas truly was a happy time for me back then, and it still is today. It just seems that the older I get the more different the holiday becomes. Maybe I'm just slowly loosing sight of the bigger picture. I guess the point that I'm trying to make here is that we don't need someone to tell us that it's ok to say Merry Christmas again. We don't need permission and we certainly don't anyone telling us how to celebrate either. But it is necessary and very important to know the real reason why we do. we should never lose sight of that, ever. I would like to conclude with this simple little passage just to keep it real (Luke 2:7-2:14) And she brought forth her firstborn son, and wrapped him in swaddling clothes, and laid him in a manger; because there was no room for them in the inn.
And there were in the same country shepherds abiding in the field, keeping watch over their flock by night.

What To Truly Be Thankful For- Winning The Lottery Of Life
The continuing protests by multimillionaire NFL players who refuse to stand for our national anthem – disrespecting our flag and the brave patriots in our armed forces – are setting a terrible example for America’s children on Thanksgiving. The message? Don't be thankful for the many blessings America has given you. Instead, act ungratefully, disrespectfully and unpatriotically. And sadly, some children are now following that example.
To cite just a few examples of protests around the country:
Four high school football players from Michigan were benched when they said they planned a kneeling protest. In Texas, two high school players were kicked off their team after protesting during the anthem. Good decisions in both cases.
And football players on a team made up of boys 8 and younger were joined by their coach in kneeling during the playing of our anthem in Illinois, after the coach told them about the protests started by former San Francisco 49ers quarterback Colin Kaepernick. Unbelievably, the coach said: “I felt like it was a good teaching moment for me.” Teaching what? Hatred of America? Schools are hyper-vigilant nowadays about not tolerating student expressions that might offend anyone. For example, a school in Texas shut down a voluntary Bible discussion during the lunch hour. God – oops, pardon that expression – forbid that any atheist child should be offended.
If students banded together in a planned show of disrespect for a rainbow flag – the symbol of lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender pride – you’d better believe they’d be punished for intolerance. If students held a protest objecting to radical political Islam, there’s no doubt they’d be disciplined for bigotry. The same would happen if students denounced and disrespected any country on Earth – with one exception. What ever happened to teaching tolerance, respect and what it "really" means to be an American. Sure the U.S. has had it's fair share of controversy and shame, but we are still the free-est country in the world and we should ALL (this includes the self-righteous ingrates who have the opportunity to play for riches here) thankful and eternally grateful for that. Being born in America is like winning the lottery of life. If you’re reading this post, you’ve already won the lottery. If you have been born into a country like Canada, the United States, or any other developed country, you’ve won the birth lottery. You’ve won the lottery of being able to grow up in a country of freedom, education, and considerable wealth. These are truly some things to be thankful for every second you breathe. It’s sad that the birth lottery exists. Not everyone is so lucky.
If you lost the lottery, you won’t get the fortune of freedom and education. You won’t have the same opportunity to read or write and you won’t have access to clean water. You’ll probably be guaranteed a life of poverty because you don’t have the basic needs available to you or the education needed. You definitely won’t be able to participate in world discussions since you won’t have a computer or an Internet connection. You’ll be lucky to have a roof over your head and enough food to stay alive.
However, if you win the lottery, you will have the opportunity to read and write. You will have access to clean water and the opportunity of wealth. You will be able to learn about the planet and participate in discussions made possible because of a wide array of products such as computers, the Internet, iPads, iPhones, and many other electronic gadgets. You will have access to health care, healthy food, and sanitary waste disposal. You will also have access to all the basic needs as well as the opportunity to travel and think about deeper things in life.
It’s amazing what the simple chance of birth can do to how your life turns out. But it's been so easy lately to just take things for granted and out of context. So easy to point the finger and shake it in disgust. So easy to complain about not having enough, when people in other countries are going without. Somewhere along the line we stopped teaching that to our kids. Instead we teach them to take, take, take- and hate,hate, hate. And they see this on social media and on television. They see the lack of respect when their favorite football player takes a knee. I understand that this whole thing started with a protest against police brutality and was fueled to go on by something that our President tweeted, but by not standing for our National Anthem and our flag, those spoiled morons have crossed a dangerous line and the NFL by not addressing this, will more than likely loose half of their customers and fans before all is said and done. Why do Americans stand for the U.S. flag and the national anthem?
To all those commie pinko's out there who still won't do it, I'm going to give you just five reasons why you should (or you can get the fuck out!)
1. We stand for the flag today, not to please ourselves but to honor those who paid the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom. I believe every American, when the national anthem is played, should cover their hearts and think about all the men and women who have been maimed and killed.
2. We stand for the flag not to focus on what divides us but on what unites us, which is being an American.
3. We stand for the flag not to pledge allegiance to a president, but to honor the reality that we have an elected president and not a lifetime king.
4. We stand not because of past or present pain caused by injustice, but to salute the principle of justice. Patriotism is not pride in the pain of our nation’s past. Rather, patriotism is pride in the principles that paved the way for change, whether that change was trading royalty for representation in 1776 or exchanging enslavement for emancipation in 1863.
From John Adams and Thomas Jefferson to Martin Luther King, Jr., many Americans have stood for justice for a more perfect union. “When the architects of our republic wrote the magnificent words of the Constitution and the Declaration of Independence, they were signing a promissory note to which every American was to fall heir. This note was a promise that all men—yes, black men as well as white men—would be guaranteed the unalienable rights of life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness,” King declared in his 1968 “I Have a Dream” speech. King tapped the principles created by our founders and applied them to make “justice a reality for all of God’s children.”
5. We stand for the flag not for our generation but to set an example for the next generation. If we do not advocate a love of country to our children and the generations to come, then why would our children grow up to fight for their countries, the founding principles and moral truths?
When we stand for the flag and anthem, we are standing for our hopes for our children’s future, that they will embrace the principles of patriotism and live out its moral truths of justice, perseverance and courage. We stand for the flag and anthem so they can stand for the flag and anthem. If you do not agree with this and want to continue to sulk over loosing the election, then whatever snowflake. I will continue to stand and be thankful for the many blessings that God has granted. Have a happy Thanksgiving everyone!

We’re Not in a Civil War, but We Are Drifting Toward Divorce
last week there were two telling incidents — one small, the other more consequential — that spoke volumes about the state of our national life. Let’s start small. Over in Seattle, in the midst of a debate over juvenile justice, a city-council member invoked his “Republican friends” as a symbol of the broad-based agreement that incarceration policies need to change. One of his colleagues, Kshama Sawant, snapped back with the proud declaration that she didn’t have any Republican friends. The crowd cheered. Sure, it’s but one small incident, but consider something bigger. The state of California is in the process of taking a series of political steps that are not only cementing its status as a progressive enclave, it’s stumbling toward its own foreign policy. After Donald Trump withdrew America from the Paris climate agreement, California governor Jerry Brown rushed to fill the void. California is touting its collaborations with China to combat global warming. Here’s Brown, in reporting by the Sacramento Bee: “It is a little bold to talk about the China–California partnership as though we were a separate nation, but we are a separate nation,” Brown said of the state, with nearly 40 million residents and the world’s sixth-largest economy. “We’re a state of mind. I include Silicon Valley, I include the environmental activism, the biotech industry, agriculture. This is a place of great investment in innovation.” Indeed, California has such a different view of the relationship between citizen and state, it’s virtually seceding from the Constitution, overriding the First Amendment time and again for the sake of “social justice.” And now its legislature is even taking the first steps to implement a $400 billion single-payer health plan — a plan so expensive and radical that even Governor Brown is skeptical. The trends are clear. In the age of Trump, California is determined to go its own way. None of this is surprising. Our national political polarization is by now so well established that the only real debate is over the nature of our cultural, political, and religious conflict. Are we in the midst of a more or less conventional culture war? Are we, as Dennis Prager and others argue, fighting a kind of “cold” civil war? Or are we facing something else entirely? I’d argue that we face “something else,” and that something else is more akin to the beginning stages of a national divorce than it is to a civil war. This contention rests fundamentally in two trends, one political and the other far beyond politics. Unless trends are reversed, red and blue may ultimately bid each other adieu. First, let’s deal with negative polarization. I’ve written about this before, but it’s worth repeating. Americans tend to belong to their political “tribe” not so much because they love its ideas but rather because they despise their opponents. What is really fascinating to me is the fact that just by watching certain cable T.V. and internet shows, we are no longer divided socially or politically. I mean it. One of my favorite shows is Game Of Thrones and it is LOADED with liberal innuendo and social themes. It is very popular with the deep-blue coastal cities like San Francisco, Seattle, and L.A. Yet I am a mere redneck residing in the mid-west with a political resume that would make today's average lib want to burn me at the stake, and I love the show! Cant wait for the next season! I have a hard time finding anyone who watches the show, much less someone who cares enough to do a deep dive into Westerosi lore. If you watch Game of Thrones, you’re also generally watching The Daily Show and Modern Family. Do you reject George R. R. Martin’s epic series? Then Duck Dynasty is the most likely show for you. Or at least that is the stereotypical consensus. Bullshit I say! Watching something with liberal ideas and themes is about as brainwashing to a conservative as a lib watching Duck Dynasty or Last Man Standing. It's entertainment folks and nothing more so lets just all stop trying to read into that too much OK? That being said, isn't it funny how conservative leaning shows get polorized even cancelled because of the pure hatred one has for another ones point of view. This just proves my prior posts on the mental disorder that is Liberalism. When you live, work, and speak with people of like mind, it’s virtually inevitable that common expressions of shared views will leak into sports, corporate policy, and even debates about superhero movies. Americans have choices, and millions have chosen ideologically closed enclaves. Why wouldn’t they continue to extend that choice beyond the realms of politics and religion? A civil war results when the desire for unification and domination overrides the desire for separation and self-determination. The American civil war is a classic example. There were grounds for separation — North and South were culturally different on a scale that dwarfs modern divides between red and blue — but the North did not consent. It sought to first unify and then transform the southern states. By contrast, had Scotland voted to leave the United Kingdom, would England have mobilized in response? No, the U.K. came close to its own national divorce, the dissolution of a union generations older than the American republic. Here is the core American question. As we continue our own “big sort,” will the desire to separate trump the desire to dominate? Or can we instead choose to tolerate? We need to honestly ask ourselves this question, “Is there a single significant cultural, political, social, or religious trend that is pulling Americans together more than it is pushing us apart?” I don’t believe a civil-war mentality will save America. There are simply too many differences and too many profound disagreements for one side or the other to exercise true political dominance. Red won’t beat blue in the same way that blue beat gray. Adopt the civil-war mentality and you’ll only hasten a potential divorce. The idea that will save America is one of the oldest ideas of the Republic: federalism. So long as we protect the “privileges and immunities” of American citizenship, including all of the liberties enumerated in the Bill of Rights, let California be California and Texas be Texas. De-escalate national politics. Ideas that work in Massachusetts shouldn’t be crammed down the throats of culturally different Tennesseans. Indeed, as our sorting continues, our ability to persuade diminishes. (After all, how can we understand communities we don’t encounter?) If we seek to preserve our union, we’re left with a choice — try to dominate or learn to tolerate? The effort to dominate is futile, and it will leave us with a permanently embittered population that grows increasingly punitive with each transition of presidential power. There is hope, however, in the quest to tolerate. Our Constitution is built to allow our citizens to govern themselves while protecting individual liberty and providing for the common defense. It’s built to withstand profound differences without asking citizens or states to surrender their strongest convictions. We can either rediscover this federalism, or we may ultimately take a third path — we may choose to separate.

The Battle Of Belleau Wood ( June 1- 26, 1918)
"Now and then, a veteran, for the brief span that we still survive, will come here to live again the brave days of that distant June. Here will be raised the altars of patriotism; here will be renewed the vows of sacrifice and consecration to country. Hither will come our countrymen in hours of depression, and even of failure, and take new courage from this shrine of great deeds."- Maj. General James G. Harbord U.S. Army 2nd Div. Yesterday marked the 73rd anniversary of the Allied invasion of Normandy also known as D-Day. It was the largest amphibious landing in any war to date and eventually led to the surrender of Nazi Germany and Allied victory in Europe. Some 156,000 American, British and Canadian forces landed on five beaches along a 50-mile stretch of the heavily fortified coast of France’s Normandy region. My maternal grandfather Kenneth Hawksley was with the Army 1st Division, 18th Regiment and was a part of this historical "tide turner of WWII. Now I am very much in awe and admiration of the sheer balls that it must have took to storm those well fortified beaches knowing that it could very well be those young men's last day on earth. If anyone who is reading this is anything like me then you are a real history buff indeed. You've heard that old saying, "History repeats itself", well it's true, especially when it involves the battlefields of France. Twenty six years prior to the D-Day invasion, America and it's allies were involved in the Battle of Belleau Wood in Picarde,Aisne,France. WWI was called "The Great War", and "The war to end all wars", and it raged on from 1914 to 1918 as one of (if not the) bloodiest wars ever fought by man. The United States enter the war on April 6, 1917 after Germany promised Mexico to help regain their lost territories in America if they joined forces. The United States was never formally a member of the Allies but became a self-styled "Associated Power". The United States had a small army, but, after the passage of the Selective Service Act, it drafted 2.8 million men,and, by summer 1918, was sending 10,000 fresh soldiers to France every day! In late May 1918, the third German offensive of the year penetrated the Western Front to within 45 miles of Paris. U.S. forces under General John J. Pershing helped halt the German advance, and on June 6 Pershing ordered a counteroffensive to drive the Germans out of Belleau Wood. U.S. Marines under General James Harbord led the attack against the four German divisions positioned in the woods and by the end of the first day suffered more than 1,000 casualties.
For the next three weeks, the Marines, backed by U.S. Army Second Division artillery, launched many attacks into the forested area, but German General Erich Ludendorff was determined to deny the Americans a victory. Ludendorff continually brought up reinforcements from the rear, and the Germans attacked the U.S. forces with machine guns, artillery, and gas. Finally, on June 26, the Americans prevailed but at the cost of nearly 10,000 dead, wounded, or missing in action. On 4 June, Major General Bundy—commanding the 2nd Division—took command of the American sector of the front. Over the next two days, the Marines repelled the continuous German assaults. At 03:45 on 6 June, the Allies launched an attack on the German forces, who were preparing their own strike. At dawn, the Marine 1st Battalion, 5th Marines—commanded by Major Julius Turrill—was to attack Hill 142, but only two companies were in position. The Marines advanced in waves with bayonets fixed across an open wheat field that was swept with German machine gun and artillery fire, and many Marines were cut down. Captain Crowther commanding the 67th Company was killed almost immediately. In the German counter-attack, then-Gunnery Sergeant Ernest A. Janson—who was serving under the name Charles Hoffman—repelled an advance of 12 German soldiers, killing two with his bayonet before the others fled; for this action he became the first Marine to receive the Medal of Honor in World War I. Just imagine if you will engaged in open field combat, your out of ammo and the only way to survive from being killed yourself is to let he enemy get close enough to kill them with your bayonet, knife or even your bare hands! Talk about balls! At 17:00 on 6 June, the 3rd Battalion 5th Marines—commanded by Major Benjamin S. Berry, and the 3rd Battalion 6th Marines—commanded by Major Berton W. Sibley, on their right—advanced from the west into Belleau Wood as part of the second phase of the Allied offensive. Again, the Marines had to advance through a waist-high wheat field into deadly machine gun fire. One of the most famous quotations in Marine Corps history came during the initial step-off for the battle when Gunnery Sergeant Dan Daly, a recipient of two Medals of Honor,prompted his men of the 73rd Machine Gun Company forward with the words: "Come on, you sons of bitches, do you want to live forever?" The first waves of Marines—advancing in well-disciplined lines—were slaughtered; Major Berry was wounded in the forearm during the advance. On his right, the Marines of Major Sibley's 3/6 Battalion swept into the southern end of Belleau Wood and encountered heavy machine gun fire, sharpshooters and barbed wire. Marines and German infantrymen were soon engaged in heavy hand-to-hand fighting. In the morning of 10 June, Major Hughes' 1st Battalion, 6th Marines—together with elements of the 6th Machine Gun Battalion—attacked north into the wood. Although this attack initially seemed to be succeeding, it was also stopped by machine gun fire. The commander of the 6th Machine Gun Battalion—Major Cole—was mortally wounded. Captain Harlan Major—senior captain present with the battalion—took command. The Germans used great quantities of mustard gas. Next, Wise's 2nd Battalion, 5th Marines was ordered to attack the woods from the west, while Hughes continued his advance from the south.
At 04:00 on 11 June, Wise's men advanced through a thick morning mist towards Belleau Wood, supported by the 23rd and 77th companies of the 6th Machine Gun Battalion, and elements of the 2nd Battalion, 2nd Engineers and were cut to pieces by heavy fire. Platoons were isolated and destroyed by interlocked machine gun fire. It was discovered that the battalion had advanced in the wrong direction. Rather than moving northeast, they had moved directly across the wood's narrow waist. However, they smashed the German southern defensive lines. Overall, the woods were attacked by the Marines a total of six times before they could successfully expel the Germans. They fought off parts of five divisions of Germans, often reduced to using only their bayonets or fists in hand-to-hand combat. On 26 June, the 3rd Battalion, 5th Marines, under command of Major Maurice E. Shearer, supported by two companies of the 4th Machine Gun Battalion and the 15th Company of the 6th Machine Gun Battalion, made an attack on Belleau Wood, which finally cleared that forest of Germans. On that day, Major Shearer submitted a report simply stating, "Woods now U.S. Marine Corps entirely," ending one of the bloodiest and most ferocious battles U.S. forces would fight in the war. My great uncle Clarence Donnelly was with the 1/6 Marines attached to the 2nd Division, and fought at Belleau Wood. My wife's maternal great-grandfather William Withers was with the Army 2nd Division, 9th Regiment and he was killed in action during this battle. He is buried at the Aisne-Marne American Cemetery. United States forces suffered 9,777 casualties, included 1,811 killed. Many are buried in the nearby Aisne-Marne American Cemetery.

Is Liberalism Truly a Mental Disorder?
I never liked the Clinton or the Obama administration. However, I never once wished that those two gentlemen be dead! Not even jokingly! Why? Well because they held the office of President of the United States of America, and I respect (even though I did not agree with it) the decision of America to elect them. I just simply do not agree with their brand of politics. I am a Constitutional Conservative and NOT a Socialist. I believe that government is NOT the answer and NOT our "Daddy or Mommy or Big Brother". To quote one of our truly great presidents, Ronald Reagan, " The nine most dangerous words in the American language are- I'm from the government and I'm here to help". I simply believe that the individual should alone, be held accountable for their own decisions. Good or bad. The individual should have the freedom and opportunity to pursue their own greatness. It should be up to them to make something of themselves, NO ONE ELSE! Now I could go on and on about my social and fiscal views, but I digress. My rant today is on the thought process behind the average liberal Democrat. When I here quotes such as “What’s mine is mine, and what it yours is mine”. “People like you need people like me to tell how to think, what to believe and how to act”. “All people are where they are today because of the oppression by whites” It makes me truly wonder of the validity of their sanity. Now recently with comedian Kathy Griffin making fun of a beheaded President of the United States, Donald trump, I am VERY concerned of the mental state liberals everywhere. I believe now that anyone who is drinking from the Socialist Koolaid is certifiably mentally ill. They suffer from Narcissistic Personality Disorder which is characterized by the following according to the American Psychological Association as expressed in DSM-V: Having an exaggerated sense of self-importance. Expecting to be recognized as superior even without achievements that warrant it. Exaggerating your achievements and talents. Being preoccupied with fantasies about success, power, brilliance, beauty or the perfect mate. Believing that you are superior and can only be understood by or associate with equally special people. Requiring constant admiration (And constant medical attention) Having a sense of entitlement. Expecting special favors and unquestioning compliance with your expectations. Taking advantage of others to get what you want. Being envious of others and believing others envy you. Today’s liberal Democrat also suffer from Antisocial Personality Disorder. Antisocial personality disorder is often referred to as psychopathy or sociopathy in popular culture. I often wonder how anyone can discipline their children, tell them to not cheat, steal, murder and rape and then turn around and support any left wing Democrat. How do you explain this hypocrisy to your young children, liberal Democrats? No wonder so many of our youth are amoral and are wandering through their youth experimenting with bizarre behaviors in order to find some kind of personal moral compass. The confusion among many of our youth is born out by the fact that their parents are liberal Democrats.
And don’t even ask me how a liberal Democrat could ever go to church unless it was to repent for the thuggery and Satanic behaviors that are embedded in the liberalism that they have supported! A liberal true believer is one who wouldn’t know the truth if it hit them upside their head. There is no real cure for the liberal true believer. They base their entire existence on a false premise, That every person in the world can and should get along with one another. The reality is that is NEVER going to happen! Sorry to break it to you Libs but it's the truth. There is no such thing as a utopia. Trying to force people to think and act the same way is NOT a great way to spend your life. We have, are and always will be a world of different cultures, nations, and beliefs. That is why we as humans are also NEVER going to see eye to eye. Because we were given the gift/curse of "free will", this is our destiny. We do our best to come to terms with what we have and we deal with it accordingly. We coexist by realizing and acknowledging the differences that separate us. And we do not, I repeat DO NOT have to agree or accept those differences, ESPECIALLY if it affects our way of life. Is Left Wing Fascism The New Trend?
So let me get this straight. It is OK for Madonna to threaten the President and the White House in a public speech, and it is OK for Snoop Dogshit to post a picture of himself shooting the President in the head, but any Conservative that wants to speak at a Liberal Commie crybaby college-no way! Can't do it! Not without threats of violence. Any Republican or Conservative caught voicing their political opinions at a Liberal college, will be dragged through the streets! (and I'm quoting these dumb-asses) Conservative commentator Ann Coulter told Fox News on Wednesday she would no longer give a planned speech at UC Berkeley after Young America’s Foundation pulled its support for the event amid threats of violence, calling her decision "a dark day for free speech in America."
The speech was originally scheduled to take place Thursday – but Berkeley asked to postpone it until next month after protests over the planned speech grew into a nationally-watched firestorm.The Berkeley College Republicans and the Young America's Foundation, a conservative group that had helped book Coulter's campus speaking events, both pulled their support Tuesday citing fears of violence. They blamed the university for failing to ensure protection of conservative speakers. The New York Times says it is her fault because of the way she dresses and the way she tries to impose her point of view on to the snowflakes. Organizers of the 82nd Avenue of Roses Parade scrapped the Saturday event after receiving an anonymous email offering a choice: Either bar the Multnomah County Republicans or “we will have two hundred or more people rush into the parade into the middle and drag and push those people out.” Protesters in Portland, Oregon, have gone from blocking streets and disrupting City Council meetings to threatening to rough up Republicans, and I for one, am SICK OF IT! When was the last time you saw conservatives violently protest a Liberal speaker? I can't think of any of hand. I didn't go around beating the shit out of hippies and trannies when Obama was elected either. Why? Well the reason is simple, I'm of sound mind (unless you talk to my friends and family) and I respect others opinions EVEN IF I DON"T AGREE WITH WHAT THEY HAVE TO SAY! Like my father used to say " Donald, opinions are like assholes. Everyones got one and they all stink."
That being said, Coulter was right. It is a dark day for free speech. Unless your a liberal. Then you can threaten any kind of thing you want. I think I'm just going to call this what it really is "Domestic Terrorism". Everyone of these bums should be arrested and locked up for even threatening such violence. I tell you right now, I am not walking on eggshells for these crackpots! I will voice my stinky opinion to whomever will listen. And that my friends is the whole idea of free speech. If you don't like what what you see on T.V., change the channel or turn it off. If you don't like what someone is saying to you, leave. Every idiot in this country has the right to voice their own opinion. It's just one of the things that make this country so great. You also SHOULD have the right to disagree with them (debate), and yes even make fun of them (comedy) Now, it’s no secret I have been a supporter of the president and of course his policies. And quite simply, these liberal fascists — they can’t stand conservative voices. Liberal fascism is alive and well in America today. Their goal is simple: They want to shut up and shut down and silence all conservative voices by any means necessary. So in conclusion, I have a parting message for all of you Left Wing Lunatics out there. Exhale! Stop acting like your the only fucking people in the world that matter! And for Christs sake stop acting like the world is coming to an end because we have a President now who actually gives a shit about Americans! The Future of Education in America: Give the Power Back To The Parents!
I recently was led into debate and discussion as to whether America should keep the current public school (government school) system the way it is, or if we should try to privatize it. Now, before any of you get all bent out of shape and jump to conclusions without the proper information on this subject ( which I believe is a VERY important one) I think that we can all agree that there is something seriously wrong with our educational program here in the U.S. I would like to share my opinion on this matter and try to back it up with some of my research. This "one size fits all" system that is being shoved down the throats of the tax paying, hard working parent here in the United States is definitely broken, and needs to be fixed! I'm at the point right now that I would much rather home school my son than subject him to one more day of government education. It seems to me that ever since Jimmy Carter started the federal government's involvement into education, the quality and care of it has just slowly depleted. There is way to much unnecessary curriculum, and they have strayed form the basics that help kids in the real world. When I went to school,if a child didn’t know how to read before he got to school, he started learning right away. Not just reading but spelling, the multiplication tables, arithmetic and how to tell time. They were even taught penmanship. You know, how to hold your pen or pencil and write clearly? How many people today do you know whose scrawl rivals that of doctors? And when it comes to the way they hold their pens…. As for learning to get along with their peers, that was a natural progression of teacher influence and playground interaction. It also didn’t hurt that most parents were exactly that. Parents. They taught their children to behave, have respect for authority and not talk back to their teachers. Way back when, report cards were totally different from what they are today. First of all, you had to earn your grade. There was no such thing as social promotion. Even more shocking was that at least half the report card was devoted to…Shock! Amazement!.. something called Citizenship. You were actually graded on citizenship. Areas of concern included Courtesy, Cooperation, Obedience, Industry, Effort, Thrift, Dependability, Health, Neatness, Orderliness and Self-reliance. If a child was frequently sick or severely underweight, it wasn’t reported to the Child Protective Service. The teacher or principal talked to the parents and/or accepted a note from the doctor and the word of the parent. But it isn’t that way for a lot of kids today. Education has been dumbed down and many schools are little more than prisons with the teachers acting as wardens. If you doubt that, spend some time on the internet to find out how many schools have metal detectors and the number of weapons they’ve confiscated. School security guards routinely patrol student parking lots to spot weapons that the students forgot they had or didn’t hide sufficiently. High School graduates can barely read on an 8th grade level. Public education today is a lost cause in many parts of the country. Teachers and the better educators are fighting a valiant rear guard action, but it’s essentially a losing proposition. Federal regulation, federal funding, fantasyland promises of free college education for every child, escalating costs and a general dumbing down of the curriculum offered is destroying what’s left of quality education and preventing its revival in most instances. What’s left? Self-education, home schooling, Christian schools, private schools and internet-based schools. None of these answers are perfect, but they do work and work well. Betsy Devos, our new Secretary of Education, is all about a total reconstruction of our public education, and after reading her ideas, I am excited about the ideas and hope they take action to get this ball rolling. To quote her on her new Every Student Succeeds Act "The updated state template will ensure states are able to better serve students with the freedom and flexibility they deserve, and which Congress requires. My philosophy is simple: I trust parents, I trust teachers, and I trust local school leaders to do what's right for the children they serve. States, along with local educators and parents, are on the frontlines of ensuring every child has access to a quality education. The plans each state develops under the streamlined ESSA template will promote innovation, flexibility and accountability to ensure every child has a chance to learn and succeed." Sounds promising? I sincerely hope so. Liberals however, will argue over whether she will turn our educational system upside-down. Do the research before you start pointing fingers and accusations. I am all about debate, but please get your facts straight before you start your liberal rants! That being said, lets get one thing straight. Yes, education is very vital for every citizen in America if they want to succeed in life. The federal government however, should have NEVER gotten involved in this! And like so many other things that have been established on a State and local level for a reason, they continue to completely mess it up! Free market is way more officiant than government . Look at public school graduates vs private school students. The difference is non avoidable. Public students are retarded as a majority in this country. Take the tax money away from education, stop taxing allow individuals to save the money and choose which competitive school to send their kids to. Relying on Washington to set a one size fits all formula for the country is not only wrong but unconstitutional. Show me the clause allowing the federal government to control education, or anything other than the military for that matter, and it will be at the least tolerable. Taxes are too high individuals are relying too much on government because of it it's trickling down to tier children, creating a lazy non motivated society and work force. Education should be a parent’s responsibility, not an economic burden. Parents should also have more freedom to homeschool their children. I believe if we privatized the education system and made enrollment optional, the kids who want an education would be better able to get one. I also feel our national report card would look much more appealing. Public schools are filled today with students who are forced to be there. With a privatized education, students whose parents pay for education will be more motivated to succeed. This will create a competitive atmosphere. Students who go to school just to get their high school diploma will sadly only give you a minimum wage job in today's age. Give families with children a stipend, say $10,000, to spend on education. They can then go to any private school they want. Schools will compete, and in order for them to be profitable, they must offer great quality and efficiency. Now while education may not be a "fundamental right" under the Constitution, the equal protection clause of the 14th Amendment requires that when a state establishes a public school system, no child living in that state may be denied equal access to schooling. Education is (and always should forever be) a fundamental human right and essential for the exercise of all other human rights. It promotes individual freedom and empowerment and yields important development benefits. We as parents owe it to our children to raise them the right way. We owe it to them to provide them with all of the necessary tools to succeed in the real world. They are our future. Let us take control of our own future, and out of the hands of " big brother government".

A House Divided
Abraham Lincoln said, "A house divided against itself cannot stand." Although this was in reference to the secession of the South, I believe that the citizens of this great nation have come to this crossroads again. With the current and ongoing violent protests by the libs( actually, I consider them to be terrorist attacks) It seems all to clear that this country is divided. The intensity of the hatred for a newly elected president faced by Donald Trump is equaled only by the reaction of the Confederacy to the election of Abraham Lincoln. That ended up in civil war, a precedent that one hopes will never happen again. Why is Hollywood (in particular) freaking out so badly over Trump?
First, because he's a Republican who might actually do the things he said he wanted to do. But second, because this is the first cultural victory the right has scored since Reagan stumbled into one in the '80s.
The left is used to losing political battles. They scream and cry over these but they don't truly panic, because they know that as long as they maintain their hammerlock on the culture, Republicans can't really change anything. Blue Team Progressivism is a church, offering you moral superiority and a path to spiritual enlightenment. As a church it's got a lot going for it. It runs religious programming on television, all day every day. Every modern primetime program is like a left-wing Andy Griffith show, reinforcing lessons of inclusion, tolerance, feminism, and anti-racism.
Watching a 90-pound Sci-Fi heroine beat up a room full of giant evil men is as satisfying to the left as John Wayne westerns were for the right.
The Blue Church controls the HR department, so even if you don't go to church, you have to act like a loyal churchgoer in every way that matters while you're on the clock. And off the clock, on any kind of public social media platform.
Jon Stewart and John Oliver are basically TV preachers. Watching them gives the same sense of quiet superiority your grandma gets from watching The 700 Club. The messages are constantly reinforced, providing that lovely dopamine hit, like an angel's voice whispering, "You're right, you're better, you're winning."
Hollywood award shows are like church talent shows - the skits and jokes aren't really funny, but it's fun to look at the pretty girls, and you're all on the same team. Red Conservativism is a business, selling a set of political products. They don't make you feel good, they don't appeal to your morality or your spiritual sense of self, but sometimes you really NEED one of their core products like security, jobs, or national defense. Their appeals to "freedom" and "family values" ring hollow these days, but when people are flying planes into buildings, you need a strong member of Conservatism, Inc. in the big chair. For the first time in decades, voters explicitly rejected the Blue Church, defying hours of daily cultural programming, years of indoctrination from the schools, and dozens of explicit warnings from HR.
We've been trained since childhood to obey the pretty people on TV, but for the first time in decades, that didn't work.
Donald Trump won because Common Sense America wants their culture back, and Blue Team has not been rejected like that before. So why do liberals hate freedom so much? It could be that they just do not know what it REALLY means to be free. To a Liberal Democrat freedom is the lack of something. Freedom from working for example, hence welfare; freedom from getting shot whilst raping, hence gun control; freedom from being burdened by money, hence higher taxes. Since the 1700s my people have been free Americans, now the Democrats want to change the very definition of freedom. Don't let them do that, please remember that freedom is about your ability to do something with as little restriction as possible. It has nothing to do with being equal, it has EVERYTHING to do with having an equal opportunity to succeed in life. But everyone measures personal success differently, especially today. I believe that each and every one of these so called "protesters" need to be charged with destruction of property and vandalism and thrown in jail! When Obama was elected, I didn't hear of any Conservatives throwing rocks at businesses or burning Ol' Glory! The reason is because obviously we are grown ups and can deal with defeat at a much more mature level than these bleeding heart crybabies! That being said, it appears that we have come to a point in our glorious history where the people of this country need to really look at what we want. Out of life, liberty and the PURSUIT of happiness. Because everyone IS different. But our common glue that holds our truths to be self evident, and sets and continues to set the example throughout the world is FREEDOM! I would like to close with another quote form the great Abraham Lincoln, "America will never be destroyed from the outside. If we falter and loose our freedoms, it is because we destroyed ourselves."
