Silence!..I Sue You!
You know, I am deeply disturbed about his whole Ventura vs. Kyle lawsuit that after two in a half years, finally came to a close the other day with the verdict going to Jesse. This is indeed a sad world that we live in when men disagree or think that they have been wronged instead of settling it like men, they sue for "Defamation of Character" WTF? If any of you have been following this then you are probably just as distraught as I. For those of you who have no idea what I'm talking about, allow me to enlighten you...By now you all know who Jesse Ventura is. Former Governor of Minnesota, former wrestler and also former Navy SEAL. He has also recently been host to the reality show "Conspiracy Theory With Jesse Ventura" and if your into conspiracy theories, it's a great show to watch. I myself am not too much into that, but I do not take anything for face value either. There's always another side to the story. Which brings me back to this lawsuit. Now Chris Kyle, also a former Navy SEAL and war hero of Iraq and Afghanistan, who was murdered last year by a troubled war vet, was on a talk show a couple of years ago and said that he had an altercation with Ventura at a wake for a SEAL brother back in 2006. He said he overheard Jesse talking about how he did not agree with the war in Afghanistan, and how the U.S. has turned into " baby killers" murdering innocent civilians. After hearing this, Kyle said he walked over to Ventura and tried to get him to just shut up and keep his political beleifs in check because at the moment they were saying good by to a brother, and it did not seem appropriate to everyone else around. ( Jesse was actually there to speak to a graduating BUD's class)To which Ventura replied " Sometimes SEALS deserve to die". Kyle stated that after that remark, he punched Jesse and left the building before the police could arrive. Jesse Ventura denies this ever took place, and basically called Chris a liar and thus began the lawsuit for defamation of character. I believe the whole thing never should have gotten this far. It doesnt matter if it was true or not, Jesse should have settled this dispute like a real man. Instead he wound up continuing the suit even after Chris Kyle was murdered and filed it against his widow. He won the verdict and was compensated 1.8 million dollars. In my book, Jesse Ventura is a coward and has defamed himself by his own actions. Yes it is a sorry world that we live in when you can sue a dead war hero over a fight story. Money, that was what this truly was about wasn't it Jesse.

All Hail King Barry
I am really having a difficult time understanding the thought process behind the Obama Administration. I just can't make sense of the decision making of the last 3 months in reference to Bergdahl, Tahmoorisey, and the current border crisis. Sometimes I think that he (Obama)is deliberatly trying to destroy America as we know it, and rebuild a new empire. He's like a Senator Palpaltine(Star Wars).
I am not trying to make light of the situation, I'm just giving my opinion. I think this guy really wants to rebuild America into his own version of what it should be, and a lot of people(including myself) are getting pretty fed up with it. I just don't understand why we are letting a U.S.Marine rot in a Mexican prison, but an accused deserter gets to be traded for 5 murderers and go back to his post. Or that we are allowing criminals to enter the country, while we already have over 600,000 homeless American citizens many of who are veterans that are denied food and shelter, also turned away by employers.
As the White House praised the return of soldier Bowe Bergdahl from the Taliban, some Afghan war veterans answered with anger over how the young soldier fell into enemy hands in the first place and the price the U.S. has paid to get him back. Rarely had the circumstances of Bergdahl's vanishing in June 2009 been publicly discussed during his captivity, apparently for fear of jeopardizing his safety while in Taliban control, but years of simmering anger by some vets may finally be bursting into the open now that he’s safely heading back stateside – and now that the Taliban has celebrated the return of five middle- to senior-level figures that had been held for years in Guantanamo Bay. Nathan Bethea, a former soldier who says he served in Bergdahl’s unit, recently wrote that he and his colleagues had been forced to stay quiet about the truth of Bergdahl’s case.
"And that the truth is: Bergdahl was a deserter, and soldiers from his own unit died trying to track him down," Bethea wrote in The Daily Beast Monday. “Bergdahl was relieved from guard duty, and instead of going to sleep, he fled the outpost on foot. He deserted. I’ve talked to members of Bergdahl’s platoon—including the last Americans to see him before his capture. I’ve reviewed the relevant documents. That’s what happened.” Meanwhile in Mexico, Marine war hero Sgt Tahmoorisey is arrested for crossing the border with REGISTERED guns that were in his trunk. He was not allowed to turn around and still sits in a Mexican prison awaiting trial. he made a mistake, plain and simple. Our government will not lift a finger to help him. Why?
